I haven't played KF3: Pilot Style, KF3, or the Shadow Tower games yet. Of the three KF games I've finished, I'd rank them like this: I hope you get properly hooked and see it to the end, the final area and final boss are pretty damned impressive. KF 2 is very "metroidvania" in comparison. Actually I found KF 2 to be more challenging than KF 1 simply because it was far less linear. I quite enjoyed it, very immersive and challenging. Yes, I beat that one for the first time earlier this year. So you're talking about King's Field II it seems. Jay_red wrote:Excited to get back into it tonight and see what else I can find. I also have a ton of "Monster Bones" in my inventory and I have no idea what they do and couldn't find that anywhere online. I recently got an item called the Purity Amulet, and it's description say's something like "Increases the cleansing ability of ones body." I had to look up online and eventually found out that the amulet makes a spell called Earth Heal (which I don't even have yet) more effective.Īnd unlike Souls, there doesn't seem to be a comprehensive wiki to explain these things. A lot of the miscellaneous items have very vague descriptions that don't accurately explain what they do. I have to say there is one thing that bums me out though. There's a lot more focus on puzzles or finding the right items to progress, similar to a metroidvania game, rather than straight up combat like in Souls. I love exploring around this bleak desolate world. I'm kind of surprised it's taken me this long to get around to it, but I recently jumped into King's Field IV: The Ancient City. If something is not listed or if you simply have any questions, please ask before purchasing an item and we would be happy to help. PLEASE check the photos posted in each listing and the video links included to see the product that you are purchasing but know that there are hundreds of manuals/inserts which we can make (which are made to order) so there may not be photos posted of the item you are looking for. They are a lower cost alternative to originals which are unavailable or unreasonably expensive. *** Regardless of your order, you can always choose the shipping upgrade for cases if you would like priority shipping.**Please note that items are not meant to be a one-to-one match to the original. *** Please note that in the process of creating our manuals, there may be some creasing particularly on the binding. Please be advised - if you purchase multiple cases and do not select priority, there will be a delay to your order and we will have to request the additional shipping or cancel the order to make the correction. The weight requires the items go priority anyway, but especially with multiple cases in an order the insurance needs to be in place. If you purchase, more than one case you MUST buy priority shipping. If you buy one case, you may choose the regular shipping option at your own risk. We do our best to ship them safely but once the packages are out of our hands, it is hard to be sure they will arrive intact. Priority shipping comes with shipping insurance which covers the cases if they are damaged in shipping. If you are buying Sega CD or Saturn cases, we advise that you purchase the priority shipping option. This listing is for custom printed Kings Field II manual, case and case art for the original Play Station 1. We have looked and are using the best materials that we can find. Please see the photos especially for these. ***Any items that have a foil appearance for the paper will be printed on regular paper.
